Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: July 3, 2026
This policy sets the ground rules for how the things Window Nine Ltd. builds and manages for you may be used — deliverables, ad accounts, stores, support operations and automations. It forms part of our Terms of Service. We hold ourselves to these rules too: we will not build what this policy prohibits.
1. Lawful use
Everything we deliver or operate for you must be used lawfully in every market where you use it. That includes advertising standards, consumer protection, product safety, export controls, sanctions, and the privacy laws described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the legality of your products, claims and offers; we are responsible for flagging problems when we see them.
2. Prohibited content — ads and stores we manage
For any ad account, storefront or marketplace listing we manage, the following are off the table:
- Illegal products or services, or content that facilitates illegal activity.
- Counterfeit goods and trademark or copyright infringement.
- Deceptive claims — fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, false scarcity, misleading pricing, or health and financial claims you cannot substantiate.
- Weapons, explosives and related accessories.
- Adult content and services, where the platform prohibits them.
- Discriminatory targeting or content that harasses, dehumanises or incites hatred against any group.
- Malware, phishing pages or software that harms users’ devices or data.
Platform rules are a floor, not a suggestion.Campaigns and listings we manage must comply with the advertising and commerce policies of the platforms they run on — Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon and any other marketplace. Where a platform’s rules are stricter than this list, the platform’s rules apply. We will not attempt to evade platform review with cloaking, misleading landing pages or repeated resubmission of rejected content.
3. Data and automations
Automations and AI systems we build for you must not be used to:
- Process personal data without a lawful basis, or contrary to your published privacy policy.
- Send spam — bulk messages without consent, or messages that ignore opt-outs — on any channel: email, SMS, WhatsApp or social DMs.
- Scrape or harvest data in breach of a site’s terms or applicable law.
- Make fully automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people, without the human review the law requires.
- Deceive people into believing they are talking to a human where disclosure is required.
4. Security and AI misuse
- Do not attempt to bypass, probe or disable the guardrails, rate limits or monitoring on AI systems we operate — no prompt-injection games, no jailbreaking, no using support agents to generate content outside their purpose.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data belonging to us, our staff or other clients.
- Keep credentials we issue to you secure, and tell us promptly at hello@windownine.com if you suspect a compromise.
5. Scope of services — no regulated advice
Window Nine Ltd. provides operational support — workflows, dashboards, reporting, customer communication and managed execution. We do not provide medical, legal, tax, investment, insurance or hiring advice, and our AI workflows are designed for operational support, not regulated decision-making.
- Automations and AI systems support operations; they do not make regulated or high-risk decisions on their own.
- Any sensitive or regulated workflow requires your approval and, where applicable, legal/compliance review before we build or operate it.
- Human oversight is required for high-risk decisions — a person stays accountable for anything with a legal or similarly significant effect on people.
- We make no HIPAA, PIPEDA, SOC 2, bar, medical, financial or other compliance claim unless it is separately verified with you in writing.
6. Our rights
- We may decline, pause or stop work that violates this policy, platform rules or the law — including pausing campaigns, unpublishing listings or disabling automations — and will tell you why in writing.
- Repeated or serious violations are a material breach of the Terms of Service and grounds for termination.
- Where the law requires it, we may report activity to platforms or authorities.
- Fees for work performed before a pause or termination under this policy remain payable, per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Questions and reports
Unsure whether something is allowed? Ask first: hello@windownine.com. The same address takes reports of suspected violations — we review every one.
